Twin Shaft Disperser Mixer (TSD)
For manufacturing of highly viscous material like putty, sealants, millbase of the plastic paint, distemper twin shaft disperser is widely used.
In the construction of machine a variable speed disperser shaft with a collers impeller blade operators in different time intervals.
Another centrally located shaft mixes the mass(material) around the vessells. The hydraulic shaft can be adjust manually.
Both high speed shaft and low speed shaft can be run on the different speed depend on the requirement. Dispersion is done by the centrally located shaft and mixing mechanism i doe due to low sped shaft. Emulsion paint is dispersed with the help of twin shaft dispersor. In the newer ecofriendly world for water based paint it is the most versitle equipment for paint production.
